Elif Cengiz is a PhD student at UCL School of Management in the Operations and Technology group. Her research focuses on sustainable and equitable operations management, with a current emphasis on the equitable adoption of electric vehicles.

She holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University, Turkey (2023), and an MRes in Management with Distinction from UCL School of Management (2025).
