Joselle Carrillo is a PhD student in the Organisations and Innovation program at UCL School of Management. Her research interests include intergroup relations, stereotypes, and belonging at work. Prior to her time at UCL, Joselle received her B.S. (with honors) in Psychology from The Ohio State University and worked at the Kellogg School of Management as a behavioral research fellow.
